Hellman, who was a partner of the Alamitos Land Company. The Alamitos Land company recorded the tract that these homes are on today, back in April of 1888. Isaias Hellman was a successful businessman and real estate developer and now this wonderful historic section of Long Beach bears his name as well as one of the prominent streets within the city.
The Long Beach homes here have some wonderful details but not all have been restored. With its close proximity to Downtown it promises to have greater improvement over the coming years. Traditionally homes are one bedrooms and two bathroom and can rage in size from 700 sq ft to larger homes over 1,000 sq ft.
